How to Prepare Your Files for Printing
To ensure the best possible results for your prints, please follow these guidelines when preparing your files:
File Format
Save your images as JPEG (highest quality setting) or TIFF for uncompressed quality.
Color Space
Convert and save your files in the sRGB color profile or Adobe RGB for consistent color reproduction. If you have specific color space concerns, please contact me.
Resolution
Provide files at 300 PPI (pixels per inch) at the final print size.
Avoid upscaling smaller images; send the highest resolution file you have.
Cropping & Dimensions
Match your file’s aspect ratio to your desired print size (e.g., 8×10, 16×20) to avoid unexpected cropping.
Include any white borders or extra space in your file if desired.
Color Profile
Always embed the color profile in your file (e.g., sRGB or Adobe RGB).
Sharpening
Apply output sharpening suited to your print size and paper type (e.g., glossy or matte).
File Naming
Use clear file names (e.g., YourName_PrintSize_sRGB.jpg
) for easy identification.
File Delivery
Submit files via the above submission form.
Ensure files are ready to print; additional editing may incur an extra fee.
